Longtime partners Britney Spears and Sam Asgari got married in a ceremony in Southern California on Thursday.
Asgari manager Brandon Cohen told NBC News in a statement, "I am very happy this day has come, and they are married and added that I know he has wanted it for so long. He is very caring and supportive at every step."
Jason Alexander, who married Spears for 55 hours before his 2004 Las Vegas marriage was annulled, was chased and detained by security after being shown at Spears' residence.
The sheriff's office was called to the Spears residence in Thousand Oaks around 2 p.m.
Alexander, 40, was initially arrested in 2016 on suspicion of a felony criminal mischief outside Napa County, officials said.
Alexander was later arrested in Ventura County on suspicion of trespassing, vandalism and intrusion, he said.
