Georgina Rodriguez has reacted after a U.S. district judge dismissed a rape case against fellow football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.

The court dropped the case brought by Katherine Mayorga, a former model and teacher who alleged that she was assaulted by a Portuguese football star in a hotel room in Las Vegas in 2009.

Reacting to it, the Spanish model shared a loved-up photo with a heart emoji in her Insta stories to gush over the footballer.

The 37-year-old Manchester United player has always refused  the allegations and maintained that his relationship with Mayorga was in full agreement.

A criminal case was dropped in 2019 on charges of rape against a Manchester United forward, with a district attorney saying it could not be "proven beyond reasonable doubt" that a sexual assault had occurred.

But Mayorga, who relinquished her right to be named, also took a civic action seeking millions of dollars in damages. He filed a complaint in 2018 alleging sexual harassment by Ronaldo, who vehemently denied the allegations.
